No Emails? - I Placed a Order or Created Account

Here are the top 4 reasons for no emails. 1: They are in your spam or junk mail folder. 2: You may have a typo in your email when you created your account or placed a order. 3: Your or our email servers are down. 4: Some email servers just don’t accept emails from certain servers because of technical security reasons beyond our control.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days. Many orders placed by Noon Monday thru Friday will ship the same day. No orders are shipped on weekends or major holidays. Please go here for delivery time table once your package ships.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking numbers are emailed to all customers once the order has shipped. If you created an account before or upon ordering, you may login here and track your order. Guests or account members may also track orders by having their order ID and email address here

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently ship with UPS and USPS. Heavier items ship freight and carriers vary depending on shipment contents and delivery location.
