Returns / Exchanges


Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

To be eligible for a return within 30 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are no returns accepted after 30 days of purchase date, there are no exceptions. There are no returns on custom lettering/artwork signs, roll-up signs, banners or clothing produced by our sign shop, these sales are final.

Please contact us here to request a return authorization #. You will then be notified with a return mailing address. Returns without a RA# on the outside of the shipping box will be refused and shipped back to the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. A 20% restocking fee may imply on larger orders or heavy items.

Shipping Charges

You will be responsible for return shipping charges and or original invoice shipping charges unless the item is proven defective or if the incorrect item was shipped in our error. If the item was shipped to you with “free shipping” the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or exchange credit.
